Impact Advantage was conceived by its founder, Jimmy Cockerton. With a rich background spanning 25 years in the public sector, big tech, and impact investing, Jimmy embodies a unique blend of the hippy ethos and capitalist mindset. His journey, which includes managing social impact and sustainability initiatives at Microsoft, fuelled an unwavering commitment to unite purpose and profit under the banner of Impact Advantage.
Head of Product
Pranay is a seasoned product lead with unique experience in impact measurement and management. An expert in impact economics and impact data modelling Panay helps bring our customers impact to life. Pranay leads our product strategy and vision and has a shared passion for driving more impact in to organisations and helping them use it as a commercial advantage,.​

Rees Watkins
Rees is our CTO and manages our product development and technical roadmap. With over 27 years experience across data security, cloud solutions, software development and AI Rees ensures what we build is functional, secure, performant and usable.

Boya is our wonderful product designer who who spends her days constantly thinking about making our users lives better and more efficient. With over 8 years experience boya is an expert in her field and loves to spend time with customers to understand their pain points.
